Delivery
Most of our styles are made-to-order, which means our dedicated team of seamstresses will craft each piece for you. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery within the EU, and 10-15 working days for deliveries outside the EU.
Packages are delivered only in working days within 8:00 - 17:00. Monicanera.com does not guarantee the delivery in particular time-slot. To arrange a delivery, you should contact your local UPS office. The tracking number will be sent on your email address.

1. Product price on the website :
- gross price defined in usd or euro or other currencies based on location
- does not include delivery costs
- does include possible custom duties
2. The final price, which combines the parties to the contract is the price visible while placing an order by customer. The information about whole order value is defined in your bag , after choosing delivery system and payment system.
3. Customer can choose payment system for ordered goods:
- Credit card
- paypal
4. Ordered goods are delivered to customer through chosen in order template deliverer.
5. The customer has a right to demand protocol concerned damages of package from delivery company’s employer.
6. Monica Nera adds receipt / packing slip to each package.
