That said, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return for store credit.

Return Type:

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Return Window:

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Return: 

To be eligible for store credit, items must be:

In original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused

With all original tags and packaging attached

Free from any stains, perfumes, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or made-to-order items

How to Start a Return:

Email us at sales@monicanera.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number

The item(s) you’d like to return

Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We will respond with next steps and the return address.

Return Shipping: 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Receiving Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email as a digital gift card.

 

Store credit never expires and can be used at any time.
